Maintenance of plant and equipment

Maintenance of the plant and equipment varies in frequency between daily, monthly, fortnightly and annually. Please consult the manual for further detailed instruction. Monthly inspections are to be carried out using the form below and then uploaded in the relevant folder. 

For annual inspections of plant and equipment by a qualified maintenance engineer, please refer to the OHS Activities Calendar.

General maintenance and servicing 

Records of general servicing and maintenance also need to be kept. Please enter these into the table below. 

All receipts and reports should be saved in the corresponding folder above for when the work was performed.
